REMEMBER THAT THE HOSPITAL PATIENT PORTALS SUCH AS "EPIC MY CHART" HAVE MOST OF YOUR REPORTS ( BLOOD TESTS, DEXA'S AND MAMMOGRAMS).  

YOUR NEXT GYNECOLOGIST WILL WANT YOUR LAST PAP REPORT. 

A COPY OF YOUR PAP RESULT WAS USUALLY SENT TO YOUR PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER.
